Pho K Fusion was one of the first projects where I got to touch a little bit of everything. Interviews, on-camera content, voiceovers, photos, captions, thumbnails, edits... it became a very hands-on learning experience.

What I liked most was talking to Krystal. Once we started getting into how she develops recipes and why she is so particular about the food, the content had way more to work with than just “look at this pretty bowl of pho.” I also filmed more casual pieces with friends, which helped the restaurant feel approachable instead of overly produced.

There were definitely moments where I learned the hard way how much time good content takes lol. But that was also part of why the project mattered to me. I got better at interviewing, shooting food, editing around voiceover, and understanding when something was actually ready to post.
